I am getting really good ping replies from dts-net almost as if they were hosted in my country (Chile) .. I have been trying to find out who hosts this domain DTS-NET.COM . Someone told me their IP is owned by affinity/valueweb but I have not confirmed this as a representative of them told me that they cannot disclose that information.
Here's my tracert results, maybe you guys can help me..

I believe affinity have their own datacenter. I have checked their website and they only offer reseller hosting through valueweb.com, I went to valueweb and they offer reseller hosting through a program that gives you discount off your hosting plan or something...it's not a reseller as hostgator.com or other familiar companies offer it......
I am wondering if it would be possible to find another company under these same technical connectivity?
I love the ping replies I am getting :/

There are a number of other datacenters here in Miami that also list their major customers that are willing to be listed, if you need a list, maybe one can be compiled with some time.
However, the main thing is that Miami and South Florida are the major player in South American telco companies, finding a datacenter in Miami will be much faster to South America than the north eastern seaboard or the west coast of the US, as Miami will most likely be a hop for either of them.
