Do resellers need to manually enter the username and password for each site or just the reseller login information and the program finds what sites are owned by that reseller and downloads the whole shebang?

I am not sure about other control panels but cPanel for example you would need a seperate username and password for each domain. You could set up an FTP account inside each cPanel account to download the files. The is not a limitation of the software but more a limitation of the control panels (based on security).
