I tried creating a forwarder from DA panel but does not seem like it is working when I send an email to that address. Tried requesting help from Kayako and they told me to use IMAP for it.
When I typed ./pop3pipe.php it shows the following...

Are duplicate tickets being opened up, or just duplicate emails being sent out? If the tickets are being opened up twice, that's a problem with their piper, and I've seen it myself. Unfortunately, you probably won't get anything for support on that matter from them.
