    DirectAdmin Exim with Kayako

I have problem with Kayako support on Exim of Directadmin. Their support answer is if you have problem use imap. Anyone successfully use Exim email piping on Kayako?

Yes, I have used eSupport piping on Directadmin before with no problems. Maybe if you include some details of the problem one of us here will be able to help.

I tried creating a forwarder from DA panel but does not seem like it is working when I send an email to that address. Tried requesting help from Kayako and they told me to use IMAP for it.

When I typed ./pop3pipe.php it shows the following...

Usage: php [options] [-f] <file> [args...]
    php [options] -r <code> [args...]
    php [options] [-- args...]
    -a Run interactively
-c <path>|<file> Look for php.ini file in this directory
-n No php.ini file will be used
-d foo[=bar] Define INI entry foo with value 'bar'
-e Generate extended information for debugger/profiler
    -f <file> Parse <file>.
    -h This help
    -i PHP information
    -l Syntax check only (lint)
    -m Show compiled in modules
-r <code> Run PHP <code> without using script tags <?..?>
-s Display colour syntax highlighted source.
    -v Version number
-w Display source with stripped comments and whitespace.
    -z <file> Load Zend extension <file>.

args... Arguments passed to script. Use -- args when first argument
starts with - or script is read from stdin

Any idea what if it's setup correctly?

Type 'whereis php' and make sure the path at the top of the pop3pipe.php script is correct. Also make sure its set to 755 permissions.

The path is correct as per default and permissions are set properly as well. Any idea about the settings on DirectAdmin / Exim end?

I manage to solve the piping problem, now duplicate emails exist, I comment away the "unseen" but there is no reply email after that.

Are duplicate tickets being opened up, or just duplicate emails being sent out? If the tickets are being opened up twice, that's a problem with their piper, and I've seen it myself. Unfortunately, you probably won't get anything for support on that matter from them.
