Is the rest of your body that red? Or just your arm(s)?

Now you understand why tanning (the fake baking kind) is good. You'll never burnt at an "outdoor event."

Anyway, you can get like aloe vera, or some kind of similiar moisturizing cream will work. I have this stuff from when I first went tanning that rocks. It's purple ... I don't know what that's trying to say to me, but it rocks as a tanning cream and as stuff that eases the pain from being burnt.

my face, neck, and arms are burnt

Arms are the worst, because i sleep with my arms under the blanket.

It's kinda cool to see a comparison of pale skin, and burnt skin on my arm.

Why didn't you use sunscreen when you knew you would be outside for a long time?

Oh, deal with it, ya big baby! I could tell you sun burn stories that you'll tell your grandchildren... or... well, I guess not, but still. Seriously, I guess you won't be getting any good sleep for a few days.

Pure aloe vera gel. Don't use anything with an analgesic or anything that has been dyed. You want the pure stuff.

Pure aloe fresh from the plant is great, but also Mary Kay night cream works well, it is an orangish color, I am not sure the exact name. It is the best I have found, it literally takes the "burn" out overnight.

I think its cream with vitamin E that help a lot. If I were you, try and get some type of cream asap or it'll be painful to take a shower, sleep, sit down, ect.

Ack, that's rough. I haven't gotten sunburned like that in a long time.

Why isn't your wrist burned, though? Were you wearing one of those yellow bracelets or something? Or was it for entry into the concert?

Next time, wear some! You don't want to get those kinds of burns again, nor do you want to get skin cancer at 20 (unlikely, but if you get sunburned very often throughout your life and as you age, your chances of getting skin cancer get higher and higher).

Aloe vera should help you significantly. I use it anytime I'm burned and it works wonders for a natural remedy -- better than anything artificial out there.

Jun 27 13:02:41 SoftWareRevue I suppose, putting an arm band on your wrist is better than putting a wrist band on your arm.
