    Hostworkz.com

hi, can someone give me a review of this company?

It will be especially helpful if you are their current customer or ex-customer.

What i am especially interested is the amount/level of support they provide, their reliability and how long they have been in business for.

    regards

    Allan

are you looking at a dedicated thru resellerworkz.com or just hosting? I have had a dedicated with them since february and so far

    uptime 100%
    server working - exceptional
    server management - awesome
support response - great (always within 5-60 min)
support - also great, they go above and beyond (this is my first dedicated and they have been very patient and helpful)

I know this isnt indepth but hopefully it gives you an idea, based off my experience of course, i hope to write up a better review in the coming months

one thing that concerns me is the lacking of activity in their forum. There are many parts of their forums without any activity for many days and it is generally a sign of lacking customers.
A large company, like servermatrix, has an active forum with regular updates.

I hope someone can clarify this point for me.

Do you think they have a good network to host game servers?

Why should a forum matter? It's not as if SM's is crazy busy (just the same people posting over and over) and they have 25k servers
ManageMyServices was sold by me in September 2009. I no longer have any affiliation with this company.

FlightLizard - All servers are located in the Savvis DC in Dallas/Fort Worth. Apart from some minor issues last month, uptime has been amazing in this DC. PM me and I'll give you a couple of IP's you can test.

I would never base a business on how big their forum is.

We have hundreds of server customers and only a tiny % use our forums. You won't find many of our customers posting support issues in our forums simply because they prefer to contact our support department directly as they know they'll receive a fast response.

    Forums aren't a measure of a host.
