Hello,

I was installing easyhost "a script from www.cyberscript.net" and i've gotten an message on step 6 of 6 stating:

An Error has Occured

Connect failed: Connection timed out


Anyone know why this is happening?

I believe during the last part of the installation, it's trying to retrieve files from a remote server and for whatever reason it is down. It's something you probably can't control yourself and you will need to contact support to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, cyberscript/easyhost is notorious for providing non-existent support, so good luck with that.

If you're using the free version, they probably have no incentive to support you much.

If you've paid, that's different...

I've payed $150 for the damn script. Also i emailed them like 4 days ago and he responded yesterday and once i told them to install the script he hasn't responded....
