At $2/IP/mo I assume you'd want to spend $200/mo on the server. If you want the servers to be managed and have over 100 IPs allocated, you're probably looking in the $400/mo range.

As far as the different IP ranges, why do you want them? It will be costly to get that many different IPs since most companies give users a class C block, which is every IP in a range [255.255.255.0 - 255.255.255.255], and allocating that many different ones will take some time. Also remember that your clients are still on the same server in the same datacenter, so different IPs will not protect against downtime or anything, and most blacklists will not block an entire range.

Also most providers will ask you to justify the ip usage.

We plan to run a special kind of SEO spider and directory system for which we need diffrent IPs from different ranges . we know that that we can pick a dedicated server for $400 infact with 100Ips we have an provider who cost us $250/server but we want different Ip ranges and if some one provider that please let u know else we will look for other alternatives or register with multiple hosting companies .

Boy, this is a huge requirement. It means that you essentially require an IP each in 100 different C Class. I doubt, you can have one stop solution.

I know, some providers, who have taken reseller accounts from various hosts and might provide such service. That means, they should have account from 100 hosts!
