    About.Com Navigation Bar

Anyone knows how to do the about.com's navigation bar? the grey one on the left? it uses java script but i can't seem to find one which is that effective and clean. it's the one where you can click on the arrow at the sides and a menu comes down. click on it again and it goes up. it's not a mouseover as i do not like that.

    thanks in advance!

If it javascript take a look at dynamicdrive.com they should have it, hope I could help. But it looks more css to me, and if it's css then it's just a table color rollover which is simple to change in the <Td> tag.

i think it's javascript cuz it works like a tree menu. you click on the arrows and a pull down menu comes down.

That part is javascript. But the rollover part is css, but could be javascript as well... but you could subistute it with css, lol. Css is pretty much used in Javascript so no worries.
