A quick html/css question, very easy, but i'm stuck
if you go to my site:
http://www.inkerrville.com
you will notice (among other things) there is a break in my border over at the bottom right side. it's driving me nuts.
can you please tell me what needs to be done to get rid of that?
thank you

The DOCTYPE you are using causes all browsers with DOCTYPE switching to display in quirks mode. It's very frustrating trying to get anything to look right (especially across browsers) without using standards mode as a starting point, IMHO.
I recommend you change your DOCTYPE to include the URL portion, like so:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
Then work on CSS alignment and positioning.

ok my bad, there was 2 of 'em and now there's 1.
ok...please try to understand one thing, i am only marketing myself in Kerrville, Texas. it's a smal town and i can build websites and probably 9 out of 10 people out here use ie.
but now that i'm learning about firefox from wht, i will be able to help that 1 person who knows a little bit more.
can you please tell me what you mean by using firefox. to view the page or to build the page. i have firefox and i see what you mean by how it displays differently, but what exactly is the difference besides how it displays.
can you please explain a little bit more about why some people hate ie?????
thank you

im not an expert on the subject of hating IE, but many websites are corrupted by internet explorer's method of decoding web pages.
firefox seems to be the best in that reguard.
