Yes, try the search function. There are a couple of HostingPlex reps that frequent this forum so you should be able to find some good information.

I've not used them before, but their current special seems like a pretty good deal. Their closest competitor on that special seems to be 1forallhosting.com at $4.24/mo 5 GB storage and 60GB traffic.

some other companies with comparable disk/transfer that come to my mind are:

there is more then disk/transfer/price that should be compared though obviously.
