Enhanced Blue is presently hiring 1 billing representative to handle the day-to-day billing tasks of a hosting company. Duties include generating invoices, tracking late payments, suspending delinquent accounts, new account activations, upgrades, etc.
- Experience using ClientExec billing system
- Experience using Kayako eSupport helpdesk
- Experience using WebHost Manager and cPanel
- Speak and write fluent English using proper spelling and grammar
- Fast, reliable Internet connection
- Patience, Patience, Patience!
- Self-Motivation and a Positive Attitude
- Generating recurring invoices on a daily basis (3 clicks)
- Contacting customers with overdue invoices and requesting payment
- Suspending delinquent accounts
- Handling account upgrades/downgrades
- New account deployments
- Account cancellations
- Answering billing related tickets
Pay rate is negotiable and can be worked out with me on an individual basis.
