    Help me ..

    Hi all,

im in search of a reliable webhost who can host one of my websites with more than 50mb database and 100mb webspace with a data transfer of 10-15Gb per month.
I will have maximum unique visitors of more than 5k per day and a total page load of 30k. So the server must be supporting that much mysql connections and all those things. The present server is showing this error very frequently..
"Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /home/p4p/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 31
    Too many connections"

Earlier i hosted with veloxinternet.com and those guys are really worse and they just deleted all my site without even providing me back up.

So i wish to know a reliable server with whom i can host.
    I saw a site5.com offering 3Gb spage with 50Gb transfer for Monthly Fee of $11.95 .

is there anyother reliable hosts with a lesser rate ?
Please do help me guys coz i wish to transfer the present server soon since itz down quiet often with the above given error .
    Thanks in advance..

that's a good price. Meanwhile you are asking for the quality, dont take cheap offers. otherwise your site can be down again and again

site5 its quite popular and didn't hear about many problems with them.
Their price looks ok for the offer.

Most hosts would be able to meet your needs.
    PacketAce
Because packets were meant to be delivered.
Premium Mzima Bandwith at Equinix - Secaucus, NJ

Shopping by only the lowest price is never the best idea, you need to consider the extra services that are given to you, and how reliable they are too. Having a cost that saves $3 but is down more often isn't any good for anyone.

I don't really see why you're looking for a 50GB of data transfer plan when your actual need is for 10-15GB. Do you expect a high rate of growth?

they just deleted all my site without even providing me back
May we know what was the reason for deletion?

    How many at one time?

Does that mean normally ~200 concurrent users?
There is no best host. There is only the host that's best for you.

If you're looking for a web host that offers 10-15 GB bandwidth then why are you looking for something that offers 50GB bandwidth? o_O Unless you're expecting your site to grow a lot, that doesn't really make sense.

Site5 is a good host to what people have experienced. I suggest that you should go for it. Cheap isn't always good, most really cheap offers have a lot of downtime, bad support, or any other catch to it.

And Site5 offers $6.95 for that plan if you're going to use it for a year.

If he's willing to pay for a whole year in advance... there is a difference.

I would suggest paying for one month.. if the service sufficient enough for you then pre-pay the year.. Most host's usually dont offer any sort of cash refund for anything but sometimes offers a price difference on other items from them..

Give site5 a 1 month trial then post your experiences.. If they are good then it might be of your best interest to pre pay the full year... saving you close to 50%
