The "Improve Your Body" thread - you know you should!

    Hi all,

In a very recent thread, a member stated he would like to lose some weight.
Several other people replied saying they would like to do the same.
Several other people replied saying they would like to gain some weight.
A lot of the people won't do it due to lack of motivation.

I, myself, would like to gain weight. I'm one of the skinny people on this earth who doesn't like it.

So, how about we all try to motivate each other to do it?

    This is YOUR motivation!
    Start now!
    Go run!
    Go lift!
    Go get some healthy food!
    Throw away those cookies!
    Buy some steaks!
    Get off the computer!

You will feel so much better!

What are you now and what are your goals?
How do you plan on achieving your goal?

Update us on how you are doing!

If you are one of the in-shape people, encourage those who aren't!

I hope can help all of us!

I hope I'm not sounding stupid.

All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.

I was like that for fifty years.

I ate whatever I wanted, as often as I wanted.

I used to laugh at those (in a good way) that had problems controlling their weight.

    Then I started hosting.

My weight doubled within a year.

So, in my experience, the secret of gaining/losing weight is hosting/not hosting.
There is no best host. There is only the host that's best for you.

I quit smoking on Dec 18 of last year after 30 years and haven't felt this good in a long time. If you're a smoker - just put them down. If I can do it, so can you.
