Hi Guys, i am from Germany so please excuse my bad english.
I searched the Web for a good Hoster and i found w*w.tronserver.com
But the Offer is just too good to be possible.
does anyone knows this hoster or have reviews of them?
The email contact is very fast, but the website doesnīt look very professional. They offer unlimited TLDs in the Buisnessplan. How could they offer this?
If i want to register 100 or more TLDs they have to pay 15 bucks a year for each. They wont earn any money????
Hope for positive requests...
Cheers from Bavaria
thanks for your replies. This is the Email and the answer i got from Tronserver:
> Good morning Tronservers-Team,
> iīm interested in your webhosting business plan.
> is it possible to pay for the plan for two or more years? if its possible is
there any discount?
> What means unlimited Domains? Can i use as much TLDs as i want? All included
in the 165dollars a year?
unlimited domains is unlimited TLDs, the 165/yr. is already discounted
and i am unable to go any lower unless i cap the bandwidth.
please also remember these are not allowed;
mp3/movies (you didnt make)
*also any bw hogs*
please note, security is a top priority and anomyous ftp & ssh have
I donīt know what i should think about this hoster. The offer is extremly good, but if no one knows something about the company risk is too high, to pay 165 bucks maybe for nothing.
They donīt even have a Adress or personal Customsupporter listet on their Site.
On phpx.com i donīt found anything about Tronserver???
Ah and btw what means *bw hogs*?
Oh yes they have TOS on their site. w"w.tronserver.com/35.php
The emailcontact was pretty fast.
Around half an hour after sending my request, they answered. But not very helpfull.
But i think youīre right. I donīt risk the money, and will search for a professional hoster.
As has been said here thousands of times, there is no such thing as "unlimited bandwidth".
Any host that offers "unlimited" disk space or bandwidth has a "catch" somewhere and it's best to avoid them.
As I always say look for what you will need first (actual features, space, bandwidth) then start comparing hosts that meet those needs. IMHO the worst place anyone can start when looking for hosting is price. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying anyone wants to throw money away, but find hosts that can deliver what you need first and with the level of support and uptime you will expect. Then you can start looking for the better prices or values from your personal list. (And you don't need unlimited domains, even you have some "limit" on what you plan to do. If you really needed hosting for 100 domains you would be looking for a dedicated server so the term "unlimited" really doesn't even apply there. (Although unlike disk space & bandwidth technically a host can offer things like domains, subdomains, e-mail accounts, etc. as "unlimited" and not put a fixed number on them because they will be naturally "self-limited" by your space & bandwidth allotments)
And by "unlimited domains" they are probably meaning how many you can host, surely not ones they will give you free registration for.

I missunderstood the whole Domain-thing. In Germany they offer each package with one or several Free TLD. But the offers in the U.S. are mostly without free Domains.
Iīll need up to 5 TLDs in my Package.
Yes you re right, price shouldīnt matter but i am not rich and the project is not for a business or something. Just want to host two Bandwebsites (therefor i need big bandwith) And 2 or three communities with a lot of members. Advertising sucks, so i wonīt earn any money with the space
