Well, I have come here before to complain about my previous host companies 1and1 and hostik, but now I think it's time to say something positive.
The thing was, I really needed to switch servers quickly, there is a busy time coming for the site and my host hostik was running me away, but I didn't have a huge budget, so I came here, looked at the reviews and found some good ones of server4sale.
Well, I checked out their page, saw some plans that could fit my needs and contacted them. I only wanted to make sure they would be able to handle the bandwith.
The guy was very honest from the beginning (something I really come to appreciate now because it seems to be the exception and not the rule in the hosting business).
They told me the servers I was looking for would definitely not handle the traffic, and offered to find a better package for me (withint my restrained budget).
He did, and fast (I was really in a rush), he made them (Sagonet) setup the server during the weekend, in less than a day.
The most important thing, he was there to help all the time, not everything went perfect from the start, I wouldn't expect it to be, but he really helped me sort out the problems, and that's what is important to me, there isn't such a thing as a perfect host, or a problems free host, it's just how they deal with the problems when they arise.
My two previous host didn't do that very well (I am being nice here), Server4sale and Sagonet did.
that's all I have to say for now, I am satisfied.
BTW, the site's traffic started to really peak up today and the server has handled it quite well. With Hostik, at the first peak it took the entire network down (I am not joking).
I have dealt with Server4Sale for around 6 months IIRC, I just recently moved (although this was not due to an issue with Server4Sale, just how business goes). I have certainly seen better, but I have also seen worse.
The support was always very fast, although like Cserver, I will say you have to be very specific, IIRC, their native language is not English.
We did have an issue for an extended period of time, where the server would go down for 10 seconds or so every couple of minutes.
All in all, not a bad service, and will probably suit most people on a low budget.
