Watch out from sigma4host@yahoo.com - Scammer
Hi,
I'd like to get your attention to watch out from someone with the email: sigma4host@yahoo.com trying to sell his domains or websites.
He scammed me through StormPay for $250 that I'm still trying to recover.
He posted somewhere on WHT claiming he has 14 clients for sale and asking $750. After I sent him a deposit to look at his clients info, found out these clients are actually sites made by him.
I decided not to go ahead with the deal, and he promised me a refund, 12 hrs later nothing, and after dispute through StormPay he is still refusing to acknowledge the scam.
His username (disabled now) is: avps
He owns these domains: artduck.biz and other artduck domains
His name is Karim Hamdy El-Olaimy (sigma4host@yahoo)Reliability • Performance • Integrity

This person sounds SO unbelievably familiar I just can't hit the nail on the head - I think I ALMOST know who this is. I will confirm tomorrow. Do you happen to know what country he was from and who his web host was?

I can't tell the country, but I'm suspecting Poland ? Maybe because the domain is pointing there, but I could be wrong.
His emails came from this IP address: 62.114.101.252
which shows:
IP: 62.114.101.252
Country: [RIPE Unlisted]
City: Cairo, Al Qahirah
So Egyptian my 2nd guessReliability • Performance • Integrity

He tried to sell to me. He has WHT usernames "karim_007" and "cded" and both have been banned. I believe his hosting site is http://www.ng4host.net/.

Typical this thread pops up the day after i sent money, now also in a stormpay disbute.
I can confirm that it appears to be a scam, and that he is in egypt.
I have pointed stormpay towards this thread, in the hope that they will quickly force a refund and disable his stormpay account.

Ok, just incase others are still having a problem in stormpay. We provided all the emails that where sent, as well as a link to this thread, and stormpay settled the claim in our favor. So if you have a claim in stormpay still, make sure you provide everything.

Lucky you, I'd to go with emails back and forth with StormPay and they refused to refund the money until I called the CC company.
Then they suspended my account and did a refund. I'm glad I didn't sign their CC authorization form, I'd have been doomed.Reliability • Performance • Integrity

Also Luckiy for us, the guy kept changing his story all the way through the claim, so it made it ovious that something was wrong.
Again, sorry you lost out tamouh.

anon-e-mouse,
Can those other 'offers' threads and whatnot be reduced or limited to users whom only have more than a certain number of posts (I assume the current one is relatively low if 'thieves' are getting in.
Perhaps it could be read-only for anyone with less than 200 posts?

Thanks for sharing the pain guys & gals I will survive ...
I don't think it is a good idea to limit posting on 'related offers' to minimum number because many established users create a new user account to hide their true identity.Reliability • Performance • Integrity

I would suggest to any new buyers reading this thread to never pay to see what you are buying. If the seller isn't willing to divulge the information prior to receiving any form of payment, he is not a seller worth dealing with.
