    Cerberus Help Desk

    I hope I put this in the right forum, if not mods please move this.

    I have installed and am using Cerberus Help Desk for my clients. It has been great so far (very easy to use) and I really like it.

    I have 2 questions however.
    1) Is there a way to send a ticket to customers? I know I can just email them, but I would like the ticket to be seen inside the help desk system. For example, a ticket with login information for a new service that they have ordered.
    2) Does anyone have or know where to get an announcement mod (similiar to Kayako e-support). I know that there are some out there, but I've had no luck finding them.

    I don't think the mods can move it to the Cerberus forums

    i'm not sure if this is the exact answer you are looking for, but, you can create a ticket on behalf of a client / user by clicking on the "advnaced options".

    then if your system is setup properly, it will email them the ticket details along with the new ticket tracking number etc.
