I have big problems with the registerfly webspace.
so today i tryed changing host.
i went to websitesource and i ordered webspace,
and then i choose to pay with paypal,
i payed with paypal and then i ckicked "Back to Merchant"
but then i got this message:

The folowing error occured when the transaction had been processed:
An incorrect request has been received.

websitesource send me an email , telling me that i ordered webspace but i didnt pay and they gave me a link to pay again.
i checked my paypal account and i see that the money has been send to websitesource. and i have the email from paypal saying that i payed.

i contacted the websitesource chat and they told they have got no money from me, and i should wait 24 hours.

    Bill_Iridion,

Forward them the receipt you received from paypal via e-mail.
That should help clear things up

Yes, good luck.... when I had an account with them, their normal support response time was around one WEEK!
