    100mbps

Are there any good hosts out there that offer REAL/ALMOST REAL 100MBPS bandwidth?

I'm looking for 1000GB-3000GB monthly bandwidth
and 80GB-160GB Harddrive that I could upgrade when I needed to.

Price range varys, just give me ALL the good ones please.

I dont think you understand what you want, you get a 100Mbps port, just because its a 100Mbps port does NOT mean you will hit 100Mbps on a single connection or even be able to max out that 100Mbps unless you buy a FULL 100mbps dedicated line. for 3000 transfer you'll be doing at max ~15megabits

    Why do you say that?

<< Assuming that the traffic is constant at full peak 24/7 for a month, you are looking at 3,250 gigabytes maximum. Of course that is not taking account other factors. >>

And we've seen customers doing just that...

For 3000TB you'll definitely be fine with around 15 mbit/sec, a 20 Mbit/sec server would likely be plenty for you. Why is it that you need a 100 mbit/sec server? You ask for a 100 mbit/sec server, but are you willing to pay the $2000+ a month or so it will cost for a true 100 mbit/sec unmetered server?

Just trying to say that a 20 or 50 mbit/sec server may be a much cheaper option that would still likely fit your needs.

I think what he means is being able to burst to a full 100mbps, not just bursting to like 20mbps.

Every study and debate (again and again) indicated that the best “burst to a full 100mbps” is on a dedicated 100mbps.
