As mentioned, all servers would come with come with CPanel/WHM and RVSkin management overlay.
What is RVSkin ?...If you have not experienced RVSkin you are missing the next evolution in CPanel overlay control. Choose permissions, languages, themes, reseller customizations...it is just incredible.
We are a semi-managed company...we do kernel updates and ensure that all preinstalled software is and stays operational (other than Fantastico scripts...we make sure Fantastico itself works but can't warranty the scripts included WITH Fantastico). We also monitor 8 ports on the server to be sure they are operational and intercede if they fail automatically. If you are having other issues on the server we will try to help but we do not do real script debugging or custom software installs, etc. We will try to help where we can and in most cases are able to either fix the issue or point you in the proper direction. How much to add one G ram on it? one-time fee upgrade is possible?
Can add a SATA HD for backup on Total Control 2800SL:?
you told me no, but just wondering why?

I am sorry, we do not have one time fees for accessories...an additional 1GB of memory in a TC server is $50 per mo.. If you order a SCSI server...all drives must also be scsi...I am sorry but that is the way the servers are configured.

When you buy the server you have purchased the server from us and we would be the one supporting it. And we have e-mail and on site Live Chat for support, 24-7.
And BTW...that is not a bad thing IMHO
and overages are billed at $.75 per GB
