After some weeks on trying to sign up for a reseller account cos my partner's credit card stinks ( for local only visa card and visa electron) then i ask somebody name ben ( a wht member) if he knows anyone who accepts visa electron without a cvv2 and he referred me to site5 and hostgator so i choose site5 first and i signed up and click submit then i talked to the live chat and heres my log.

i just hope when i wake up im gonna see an email from them that they processed my order form and the damn visa electron worked and i have a reseller acct.
It seems that the visa electron was declined but yes I got the whm access now but the page is still suspended due to the transaction was declined. but im still trying to find a way to have my reseller account active, by the way Site5 didint registered my domain name. i thought when u sign up they will also register the domain name that your going to use for you.
I still want to have a reseller account with them so finding a way to make a payment is an option for me.
Even if they did, your card was declined, so the domain registering process would not have taken place anyway.
Just few days ago I found out myself what a pain can Visa Electron be for online purchases. Not directly, but while shopping for the right type of card I should get.
Anyway, my bank issues some "virtual" cards for use on the internet, that are "attacked" to a regular Visa Electron card. They're called "Visa Virtuon" here. It's long shot, but maybe your bank offers such a thing as well and it is available for your type of Visa Electron card...
Here's my review as a not yet paid customer of site5. Billing gave me time to wait for a new card to be delivered hopefully this week. I just hope it will arrive on time or else im dead or ask for 3 days extension so without further ado this is my review.
Server uptime and performance - Very good. for the past week that im trying to set up my website i never experienced any downtime, lag or what so ever that we people whine about our host. I can connect to WHM/Cpanel faster than accessing google. the server response is fast that I almost think im on a dsl but in reality im on a dial up.
Support - Excellent! I had a problem on my subdomains and ask support why the subdomain kept on redirecting to the main website and they gave me a ticket ( autoresponce) after 3 sticks of cigarettes ( 8 minutes ) support replied and they told me what I did wrong and how to fix it. I havent tried to ask for help on a weekend and im not planning to because I always do the works when I know help is nearby.
Billing - Very Good! as I have said, they gave me extension so I can pay my monthly due and that alone you cant find on any other hosts. But as I have said if my card company didint deliver it on time im dead. I just hope they give me another 3 days extension or allow me to pay them via western union.

I suspect most hosts prefer to automate the business as much as possible. Handling papers is not something they specialise or care to specialise in. That's why, AFAIK, when using something other than cards or online services line Paypal, most hosts ask their customers to pay for a longer period in advance.
MY site is still up and running! never experienced any downtime (except of course when my dial up connection went kapuut. Still Im waiting for my international Visa card to use for my payment at site5. I just hope site5 people wont freeze my account because I need it to show something for my investors. ( hope they read this ) but still I think they gave me 30 days to pay up or die email. So i still have lots of time until my card arrives.
Server is still fast and my site connection is stable. my only downtime also is when im uploading my website.
