    mcpaa down ?

    my server is down
    so i try to log a ticket and send the support a email to reboot my server

    this is what i getting ... their mail server down ?

    as i say i try log tickt and email them..
    both getting these kind of reply..
    it seem their mail server down ?

    I really don't know what to tell you. I was trying to help out in posting their contact information in case you didn't have it, but I guess you do. It may be time to find another webhost. Additionally you may want to contact the next host prior to signing up and ask some questions like how long have you been in business? Do you control your own hardware? Where are you located, and where is your datacenter? What is your uptime guarantee, and so forth...

    Hello,

    We did have mail issues, however your server was rebooted some time ago. These mail issues should now be fixed, however i did include a alternative email address for reboots in the ticket reply.

    i dun noe what other host will do when this kind of thing happen,
    but don't u think at least you should put a announcement on your site about your email is having problem ? and mention the other way to contact at your site ?

    your aim is not open, msn not on, i call to the contact number then get into the voice msg ...
