New TP server. How do I open MySQL to allow outside server apps to access it?

I had this problem before and TP said you had to run this mysql command to open it up so other servers could use it.

    What is that command?

I am not familiar with Plesk, but on CPanel and DirectAdmin there is an option to allow remote connections to the database from the control panel. I have serached but I do not believe this is an option with plesk.

You can find some tips on doing it by hand but checking out the following link:

Look at the: Granting Privileges on the new database section
