Selling because of illness.
5 years in business. No bad words anywhere.
Own equipment (5 servers, control panels (Plesk), apc, replacement parts like hd's memory).
Current business: about 11000/year plus domain names. 99% pay monthly via CC. Most clients are with the company since the beginning.
Looking for 12000 € (can't do less, hospital bills are expensive).
Of course, ND required.
Contact me here.
Perhaps I should mention that there is one client with a existing contract until the end of the year (which renews if he doesn't cancel) with outstanding payments of about $2000.
All servers are 1U. Two of them supermicro double processor superservers with 2GB RAM.
As I said, there is one client who rented one server for his (prono sites). It was a 2 years contract and has 6 month left paying monthly $349. Contract renews for another 2 years if he doesn't cancel on time (bringing in another $7900), haha. But why would he? He's perfectly satisfied (if he receives the same support under new management). Well, last time I spoke to this client was 4 month ago.
Another client paying 89.95 monthly with about $20-40 overusage charges on top. He has 4GB/65GB for prono sites.
The rest of the clients have smaller plans (from 100MB/4GB to 1GB/20GB) paying between $5 and $30/month).
No spam problems with any of the clients.
I think for the rest of the data a ND is necesary.
Oh yeah, and please remember, there are 5 servers and serveral other equipment pieces all MY property and NOT rented.

Do you take payments over escrow.com ?
1. They are located in Miami/FL. You are free to take them out if you want. There are running two different backed up 100Mbit pipes into a Dell switch.
2. No, I can't. PM me if you are ready to sign a ND.
3. Yes, there is also a Modernbill owned developer license since 4 years. The authorized URL will have to be changed because it only runs on my domain and I am NOT selling the domain. The .com and .net version alone are worth a $10000. There are more than 9000 entries in google for it. So NO! Why? Because I hope I will survive this **** and start again in two years or so. If not, they will just expire and thats it.
4. See point 2.
5. No, as soon as I receive the payment, the datacenter will be instructed that all equipment belonging to me will go over into your property. So no waiting for me and the risk to **** up everything and then saying you didn't receive it leaving me with the mess.
Again, you can leave the equipment there or take it out, but have in mind, making the clients move can make you loosing them. Especially the one with the rented dedicated. Tell him to move all his data (he has 2x120GB Raid drives in there.
Just a FYI if you use escrow you can still lose out. once the money is placed into the account and you provide all the business details the other person could contact all the customers and give them better deals to move and then tell the escrow company they are not satisfied. if you both dispute it then the money is froze and they try to mediate or use a 3rd party dispute resolution which you can't prove they stole the customers so you would more then anything else lose.
Just wanted to share that. i have nothing against anyone useing escrow but want every one to be safe.

Ideally the NDA would be to protect the seller and the escrow would be to protect the buyer. Of course, anything can happen but I do think it is possibly a good idea when dealing with large amounts to have some sort of agreement / contract to ensure a smooth transition that works for both parties involved.
Well guys, this is not ebay.
This is a fixed price sale! The numbers are easy:
5 Servers (all 1U, 2 Supermicro multiprocessor servers with SCSI drives and 2GB EEC RAM each, 1AMD 2400+ with 1GB and 3 drives, 1x120GB and 2x80GB, 1 P4 2.66 with 2x120GB Raid on board and 1GB RAM, 1 Cobalt Raq 4r RAID, 3x 80GB disks (new), 1x36GB UW320 SCSI and 3x80GB IDE spare, 1GB EEC RAM spare and several other tools if I remember right). All servers have a 2nd NIC connected to a private Network.
1 APC Master Switch
3x PSA7 (1x unlimited, 1x300 domains, both with Anti-Spam addon and SUS paid, 1xPSA unlimited with unpaid SUS).
1x Modernbill unlimited developer owned license
And, of course, the clients, all in all making revenue of ~$11500/yr. plus domain names.
Everything ready to go. You can even go into the DC in Miami to maintain the stuff if you want or take it out.
Fixed price: 12000€ (I want € not less valued $).
I lost too much the last years because clients are charged in USD and I get the currency in €.
Take it or leave it. I will NOT sell for less.
There is still the option for me to hire an admin or yes, ebay of course
$11,500 USD = 9,550.63 EUR
And you are asking for:
12,000 EUR = $14,450.62 USD
Which means, that you are looking for close to 1.5 years income for the company, which will be nameless (as you are keeping the domains).
I don't think anyone will give you that much, IMHO

microsol, between your "ha, ha" comment, more than 1yr valuation, and comment above shoving a potential buyer in teh wrong direction you may not be able to sell or at least not here. One can only hope your clients were treated a little better than these potential buyers, which I was until I read the rest of this post. good luck though

so what's the bottom line on profit?, I don't get it...Do you make 11k per year before or after colo fees and other costs? If you're clearing 11k I'll buy as soon as the bank opens...PM me an ND or whatever needs to be done, so we can figure this out. I could use the extra grand a month of income.
