Support Desk

We guarantee an average response time of 30 minutes with a maximum resolution time of 6 hours. Our primary pricing is as follows:

12 hours per day (8am-8pm AEST), 7 days per week US$625 per month
8 hours per day (9am-5pm AEST), 7 days per week US$435 per month
Startup Plan (8am-8pm AEST), up to 150 domains, 7 days per week US$250 per month

We are also able to offer per ticket pricing for $2/ticket with a commit of 100 tickets per month (ie. $200/month for 100 tickets). Larger commits result in VERY attractive discounts with an extended dispense period (up to 6 months).

Server Management

Up to 300 domains US$100 per month
Unlimited domains US$140 per month

Our server management offerings include most standard system administration services such as:
* Stock kernel upgrades
* Perform PHP reconfiguration, update or installation incorporating features such as Mcrypt, GD, Curl etc
* Install any available Perl module
* Install custom Apache modules
* Setup backups to an additional server
* Perform server migrations from an older server to another
* Update the server software from official repositories
* Perform other server related software installations
* Emergency callouts during non business hours (up to 3 hours per month)
* Performance tuning
* Much more...

Business hours for our server management offerings are 9am-5pm with up to 3hrs of non-business hour callouts.
