Rocketcolo - stay AWAY
Stay away, stay FAR AWAY.
Got a server for $90/month discount, regular $120/month.
Got all the info, etc.
Started CPanel install, server stoped responding for no reason.
No SSH, nothing.
Support ticket made: Yes.
What they did: Opened the ticket, then closed it, with no reply.
Fixed?: No, same state now for three days straight.
I cannot get any sort of login, or anything.
Asked for refund: No refunds given (yet they reply to that support ticket?!)
Result: They got $90 dollars for doing nothing.

Why did it take 6 days for the reply of this is not a support desk?
Maybe it is not, but still, why was it just closed, with no reply?
Server IS STILL the same way it was. I have had multiple people try and access it, no one can.
If it takes 6 days to tell me that I am not using the right area of the site, then that is pretty sad. In the 6 days that have passed, I have a new server now, with people that do have support.

Really odd, you should file for fraud/chargeback. Good luck with your new provider.
As stated your ticket was closed after you asked to cancel. You then reopened it.
Your reason for cancelling according to you was and I quote.
"Please give me a full refund on the server. I decided I do not need it. "
Also please note section 5 of the TOS.
5. Refund and Disputes: All payments to Rocketcolo.Net are nonrefundable. This includes the one time setup fee and subsequent charges regardless of usage.
You logged into the server shortly before you asked to cancel, if you would of asked prior I would of been glad to refund you.
Beyond that your reactions are unjust and uncalled for. If you didn't want the server you simply should of stayed out of it.

If emailing you will get you my refund yeah, sure. But there is not point in talking about it in emails. I started to install cpanel, then the server crashed. I dont see how I got any use whatsoever on the server, and I still cannot SSH in, or view it via browser.

Sorry to intrude, but I feel it's worth mentioning that I've had almost a year's worth of incredible service AND support from Rocketcolo. You will see several others on this forum that has as well, if you search.
Will they should at least change their " i agree to our terms and conditions" from white to black so customers can at least see it.
Your TOS must be visible or linked for it to be binding. File with the BBB that will almost always get results since bad BBB marks can erally hurt a company. Just went through and looked came up as just a white space too, but if you highlighted it you would see the link..
It's a little odd that it's in white, but there's really nothing in the TOS that I'd think they would go out of their way to hide. How long before you DIDN'T get a response, did you send in your request to cancel your service?
