Burst used to have quite a few issues with DoS but since the protection was installed the network quality is actually much better. Overall their not the best but, pretty decent.

I used vps from burst for a month and gave it up.
I dont advice you use their services because they have bad VPS support, network downtime, ddos, etc.
Loot in this topic at their forum:
I had vps at vserver2. I had outage for a day and then my vps gone veeeeery slow! It became very bad, and support don`t take care about this at all! I was very disappointedá because tons of bugz, short downtimes became as usual for my vps.
I migrated to servint.com and find their services exellent!
I think they are best with their NOC, uptime (there were not downtime since I left burst), and vps power!
We have only ever had one major issue on all of of VPS servers overall. And that is the issue you mention, where a drive failed, and corrupted the RAID array. We rebuilt the system from backups as quickly as data could copy over. We do not manufacture the hardware, and these things can happen. All in all, we dealt with the situation pretty well and quickly I feel. Our clients must have agreed, as we only lost two clients during the whole incident.
Sorry, but you cannot hold a random hardware failure against us.
It could/will happen no matter where you host.
To say that our VPS services are not good because of a single drive failure is not quite fair.
The fact that we were able to fully restore a system from backups, even after RAID corruption, speaks for itself--and if anything, is a testament to the quality/service provided with our VPS product line.
NOTE: If I remember correctly, there were other issues at hand with this specific client. ie...he did not leave on good terms, nor is welcome back on our network in the future. :-(
