Next month, I plan to have a promotion event at the Mall of Louisiana in Baton Rouge, LA. This event is to promote my Video Game and Japanese Animation business called AniGame Station LLC. At this event people will be able to buy my merchandise, play video games, watch anime, read manga, eat food, and participate in contests. I would like to request sponsors for this event.

Basic Advertisement Package: $20
1. Logo or 480 x 60 banner on all pages of the website.
2. Logo on advertisement flyers.

Silver Advertisement Package: $50
1. Logo or 480 x 60 banner on all pages of the website.
2. Logo on advertisement flyers.
3. Logo on the backside of T-Shirts.
4. Global Annoucement topic on the forum about your company.

Gold Advertisement Package: $80
1. Logo or 480 x 60 banner on all pages of the website.
2. Logo on advertisement flyers.
3. Logo on the backside of T-Shirts.
4. Global Annoucement topic on the forum about your company.
5. Logo and/or Information of your company on the Hot Deals flyer/s.
6. Logo on AniGame Station promotional videos(These videos will be shown at the promotional event).

Platinum Advertisement Package: $100
1. Logo or 480 x 60 banner on all pages of the website.
2. Logo on advertisement flyers.
3. Logo on the backside of T-Shirts.
4. Global Annoucement topic on the forum about your company.
5. Logo and/or Information of your company on the Hot Deals flyer/s.
6. Logo on AniGame Station promotional videos(These videos will be shown at the promotional event).
7. Promotional Clip(Must be in .avi format. This clip shall be shown along with the AniGame Station promotional videos and before any Japanese Animation movies we show).

Ultimate Advertisement Package: $200
1. Logo or 480 x 60 banner on all pages of the website.
2. Logo on advertisement flyers.
3. Logo on the backside of T-Shirts.
4. Global Annoucement topic on the forum about your company.
5. Logo and/or Information of your company on the Hot Deals flyer.
6. Logo on AniGame Station promotional videos(These videos will be shown at the promotional event).
7. Promotional Clip(Must be in .avi format. This clip shall be shown along with the AniGame Station promotional videos and before any Japanese Animation movies we show).
8. Alpha/Numeric Advertisement on Receipts
9. Any other advertisement methods/Send any advertisment material to us(PM or Email me for details).

Currently we will accept paypal payments. I ask that sponsors purchase their advertisement package by July 1st. PM or Email me at anigamestation@anigamestation.com for anymore details. These prices may change.

I'm not sure. It's planned to be inside a mall. I noticed that alot of people go to the video game stores there, so I think alot of people plan to come to the promotional event. Especially with sales on video games and Japanese animation. If I get a better estimate then I shall post it.

At the moment I say that there is a limit of 9 logos on T-Shirts. As for logos on other things, it is first come first served. Yes you can come to the event.

Also I changed the registration rule. You don't have to buy an advertisement package now. You can reserve a spot until July 1st because I believe I can now provide better information by then since it is closer until the planned promotion date. I would like to know now though of how everything will look with the logos and the estimated sponsor money.

Here are the previews of the flyers. There is now a registration flyer for the contests, so I can get an estimate on the participants. This registration flyer is for the silver package and above. These files are big and are .pdf.
