That's not just Vegas, that's pretty much anywhere. You can't rent a car unless you're 21 either.

/me throws in his two cents.

Las Vegas will be good due to the amount of after hours entertainment and dining available to take clients out.

Atlanta will be good because it is a huge hub with numerous flights so tickets should be reasonable.

Dallas/Houston.. out of the question, Texas sucks.

If sailor is picking up the hotel tab.. I'm in for Atlanta.

Yea I think doing it in Houston or Dallas, even though I am huge EV1 fan, I feel others would think that EV1 had their hand in that one.

I vote for whatever city is holding the NASCAR race that weekend.

Friday - Saturday - Sunday, NASCAR race.

    Monday - Tuesday, HostingCon

I'm going to have to disagree with this one... In fact, I think HostingCon should stay as far away from NASCAR as is physically possible.

There are so many hotels around O'Hare that you'll have no trouble finding another one My favorite in the area is the Westin on 90 & 294

Hey, we could always dream that HostingCon next year could be big enough for McCormick place. (http://www.mccormickplace.com/) Then again, the hotel attached to that is the Hyatt. But there are other hotels in the region.

It was a server in a box with a 25 pack of CDs, and our infamous banner that FedEx lost on the way UP to Chicago... FedEx put a tracer on it and has no idea where it is, and the Hyatt swears up and down that FedEx picked it up... its ridiculous... whats worse is its a customer's machine. Can you say major liability on the Hyatt if they dont find it?? We're getting a replacement box for the customer though as we speak and will levy our options with the Hyatt/FedEx later this week

we took 3 pre printed barcode labels up with us and slapped them on the boxes. They claim they didnt write down any information because it was our own tracking number. They still swear up and down that FedEx took it though, yet again, FedEx knows nothing about it?

I have the tracking number memorized and I am sure if needed I can find the receipt from them taking the box...
