Lastnight the server went up I emailed them 10 times and still no response. My server is still down and wondering wtf has happened? Anyone from Fused Network server down? If so let me know, because I want to know if im the only one who has there server down...
Looks like they didnt pay their Planet bill, and are closing their doors.

"Yes sadly we must close our doors as financial marks are not where they need to be, do not fret we are processing everyone a full refund of your remaining time, we will not just hide Email [email protected] for an refund."
Sounds like a BS excuse to me - As long as your clients are paying for their servers, all of your costs are covered. If it's not financially feasable to continue, that's when you turn over you clients to the company you resell for, and not just default on your bill.
Not sure exactly what's going on with FusedNetwork, as I know that they ran a VPS sale a month or two ago, and couldn't deliver after a week and had to refund money.
Only their servers that are colocated in TP are down, SAGO and FDC servers are fully operational.
The reason some servers are down is because of TP being little jackasses and making them pay for servers they are not currently using and they shut down all the servers until they get that 3k which FN obviously doesn't have at the moment.
If they are not utilizing them, yet have them under the account, then they should pay TP for them as TP can't sell them to some one else.. They still have operational control over them whether or not they have customers on them. This is of course assuming that that is the case.
One of the companies owners are trying hard to get in contact with TP about this, so at least someone is trying extremely hard at getting things right.. And at least they are offeirng full refunds for those people..
Okay guys, this is Fused-Ben, not Fused-Scott (the normal poster on this account).
I'm trying to deal with this issue and it's pretty messy. But basically so far, The Planet is refusing to let us cancel these unused servers, and are holding all the servers offline until we pay for the entire bill.
I'm not going to give up this company and I'm not going to give up on my customers without a fight. If worst comes to worst, we are planning on making sure all customers are taken care of.
I appreciate your patience on this issue, I am trying my hardest to make sure everyone is getting what they are paying for, or at the least, getting their money back.
I'm an honest businessman, and I have no intentions on screwing anyone over. It's not my style. If anyone has any questions regarding this, please feel free to email me directly. One account per person, not one person per account... Besides, Fused-Ben is representing the same entity as Fused-Scott, thus making him a rightful representitive as FNetworks is the controller of the account.
FusedNetworks: Sorry to hear about all your troubles. I wholeheartedly recommend that you discontinue TP operations and find a datacenter with techs that can actually put 12 and 12 together. (Yes, this IS past experience talking.) In fact, I'll suggest to all hosts to clear out of TP and look for a smaller, more stable and responsible datacenter, such as GNAX. (Personal experience with TP and GNAX talking.)

Yeah.. I haven't seen Scott around either.. I have talked to Trip thought (Ben) and he says Scotts working double shifts to try and get the $ to pay us all back.. By the way, about the paypal reversals.. That will not work. I tried that and Paypal decides on your side but the account is dry outta money and they can't/don't do anything about it so you still do not get your money back.
Good luck with those numbers, I was the customers service during this shutdown on IRC telling everyone what happened (Got assigned to do so by Ben). I also have his address and full name etc, but theres really nothing we can do but wait.. I myself lost 1.5k in this process, and more then likely its more then any of you
Lets all hope Scott just does the honorable thing and does the refunds, the numbers you've posted will not be answered and his voicemail is jammed full. You can try it but you won't get far..
Ben has no control over this, Scott was the one that owned the company and Ben was just someone that helped out.. Ben has no access to any billing and all the money was handled by Scott, I've already told Ben to put some pressure on Scott and hes doing so everyday he says. So we're all just gonna have to hang tight I guess for now.. Sorry to hear about your next due date zxfire :-/
