    Selling Clients

I am selling off the following clients.

    30-Day Records: 4 ($37.00USD)
    90-Day Records: 1 ($48.00USD)
    180-Day Records: 1 ($30.00USD)
    360-Day Records: 8 ($360.72USD)
    Total Records:
    Est. Annual Income
    14 ($1056.72 USD)

Most have been with my company for over a year, require nearly no support (average 1 ticket every 4-6 months). Total bandwidth is less than 15 GB/month on average and less than 5 GB of disk space. Please post or PM offers - serious inquiries only.

You might want to give a bit more info...

    1. What type of plans are they on?
    2. Why are you selling?
    3. What are you looking for, for them?

    1. All but 3 are on 100 MB space/5 GB disk transfer plans. One is on 200 MB/10 GB plan, one on a 600 MB/30 GB plan, and one on a 1 GB/30 GB plan.

    2. I am selling for personal reasons that have nothing to do with the terms or viability of the sale.

    3. Offers should start at $900 and progress from there.

When were the 90,180 and 360 day clients last billed?

What payment method is currently used by the clients for billing?

    Thanks

What control panel are you using?

Are you willing to sign a non-compete form for these clients?

The clients are paying using a combination of paypal and credit cards through auth.net

I did register some, though not all of the domains, at $12/year through enom.

The clients are all on cPanel.

I would consider selling the domain used for nameservers.

    I would sign a non-compete form.

Is there any resellers, or is it all shared hosting? Also, is this currently hosted on a reseller plan somewhere, if so, where?

Would your customers mind being converted to a different control panel? (We have built our own control panel)

How do you keep track of the billing? Software?

There is one client who bought a reseller package, but has not added anyone under the account as of yet. It is hosted on a server through Layered Tech, which I was planning on just cancelling - if you wanted to take it over, that's fine as well.

I can't really speak to whether they would mind being converted to a different control panel, I do know that they have been very nearly "perfect" clients - pay on time, almost zero support, very little resource utilization, and very easy to keep happy. So probably not, but I really couldn't say.

    I use WHMAP

When were the 90,180 and 360 day clients last billed?

    Is the WHMAP license owned?
If so is it included in the sale?

thanks for the extra detail, if it includes the domain used as nameservers and a push of the clients domain names to our enom account for management, we can offer $700
