If you sent that e-mail from your server, check if the reverse
DNS look-up is okay.
I ask this because I had similar problem which was because
the reverse DNS look-up was not okay, it did not resolved
correctly from the IP to the server's name.
For instance if you tried to send e-mail from your server, there could be problem with the reverse DNS resolving, the mail server from the other end will do reverse resolving the result would not match the IP hence Goddaddy's mail server will "think"
that you are one bad spoofer
I checked (again) because the reverse DNS was a problem in the very beginning but it says: Reverse DNS entries for MX records - OK. The IPs of all of your mail server(s) have reverse DNS (PTR) entries.
