Hi Friends,

I started a hosting company in start 2004, after few months of local advertisements and marketing, i created satisfactory amount of customers in my local market. in Aug 2004 I sold out my company to my friend (because i was busy in some major software projects, and though i can't provide attention to my customer). but passion about my own hosting company was always on top, i was always intouch with hosting industry in that time through WHT. so i have quit my all other jobs and now in may 2005 i have takeover/bought my company back. this time i want to expand at international level.

i have changed many major things in my company, everything is revamped. my company's website is one of them. i have designed it myself with my team of graphic designers.

Thanks for the review. as i said earlier, in last month i have bought the company, i am busy in creating new staratagies, advertising campaigns and future/business plans. i am also rethinking about pricing. in so much processes running parallery its quite bit hard to sit on operator seat. thats why i am arranging for qualified sales & support persons. very soon, may be in next few days, i will apply 24/7/365 sales & support chat on my website. i also dont like "SORRY NO OPERATOR IS ONLINE" pic in tob bar of website. thats why right now i am on operator seat

Do you have a marketing strategy other than following the price wars down to zero?

If you've been on WHT for a long-time surely you have seen more successful marketing ideas than simply trying to be priced lower than everyone else?

Please check the package i am selling in $2.95 per month (and must be paid yearly). its just 75mb with 1 gb data transfer. and i dont think its cheap.

why?

because its fair price from small company user. afterall 75mb for $2.95 is much better than 1000mb for $5 per month, which most of companies provide here.

This is correct - by that logic his pricing certainly isn't cheap.

Remember, the user asked for a web site review, NOT a business plan review.

Generally, I think it looks pretty good. I agree with Bakie though, it should definitely be centered.

Nice design, looks good. Some of the text colors a little eye jarring and blinding, but nothing a darker color would not fix on that.
