Message to the customers of Levi1.com

First sorry for my bad english (i'm french),

Look,

A lot of people in here want their money back. Levi1 never answer to our emails, never give us refunds and the guy behind that know what his doing. Levi1.com is not really a hosting company. It is a poor guy who steal money based on a simple strategy.

Selling virtuals items with PayPal is not illegal, but when it come the time to get refund, PayPal can't take any actions against the seller, because his item is virtual or not tangible. Then he continue to sell fakes hostings plans, steal your money on recurring payments and of course he do a lot of money!

If you are or was a customer of him, tell you this: you will never get your money back in any case. But help the others webmaster to not fall in this trap.

Write emails to PayPal, telling what's Levi1.com do, how much money he stolen you and what kind of service you get from him.

We must stop this mother ****er.

A very unhappy webmaster.

I hear ya

Just to add...I once emailed Levi1 for a sales enquiry, and I never received a reply for 6 weeks. They ended up apologising in the email and saying their average response time is 6 hours. I usually like to test some hosts, so I emailed them again, and I don't receive another reply for almost double the amount of time, and yet again, they still apologise and say their average response time is 6 hours.

I have a feeling they also oversell by how much bandwidth they actually offer to customers.

Amazing that 68 clients sold for 8500$ Do a search on these forums and see how extremely unhappy a good majority of those might be.

If you paid by card, you might be able to do a chargeback. This is something you should to do only if they fail to refund you in due time. Note that chargebacks can only be made for a limited period after the transaction took place.

I have paid with paypal and paypal does not charge money back, if you did not buy something you can hold in your hands. Pretty stupid paypal rule in my eyes.

The paypal rule is what it is - they are a 3rd party processor and would simply never win a battle in a charge back for a service -

Ive said this 1000 times before already - and I really am sorry for the people affected by this situation - however, consumers, should never pay for hosting with paypal - unless they really trust the host or simply do not care about the money..

That's one reason why I will never personally use paypal, ever. We don't even accept paypal payments even though we've got countless requests to do so.
