I've a got a friend that owns and operates a retail bike rental store on the beach. He'd like a website design made for his store.

He's not too picky, just looking for something that looks professional. He did mention he'd like to have people in the website, possibly riding bicycles or electric scooters or something like that.

Budget isn't very high, probably $75 - $150. Please PM offers and portfolios. If you have a design that is already made and could be customized to meet our needs, would be nice to see that as well.
