Ok, I don't really post reviews but this host definately deserves one.

I've had my fair share of web hosts and for one reason or another, be it bad support or downtime issues, I have had to switch.

I have been with WebOnce since the end of summer last year and couldn't be happier.


Their support is very friendly and response times maybe 2 hours maximum.

The server has never been down for more than a couple of minutes at a time for updates since I have been with them. The only major problem downtime wise that I can remember is MySQL packing up for a couple of hours due - apparently due to someone running an infiniate loop of queries.


One other thing I also love being a developer is that they have a dual installation of PHP 4 and 5

Yes, unfortunately sometimes it is unavoidable, and our monitoring software then did not notify us. We now have some custom software in place monitoring this on a regular basis. I apologize for the length of the outage though, and it will not happen again.

Thanks for the review, it is great to see someone post when they are Happy rather than only when they are upset. It is easier to post and vent when things go wrong. I wish more people would share their honest good experiences about a host they have been with for an extended amount of time.

We all know that all hosts will have blips and beeps and downtime, for upgrades or network issues but how a host handles themselves is what makes a host great.

Nice to see a Good Review. WebOnce keep up the great job!!
