Last Thursday 2ndSite released v2.8. The release basically revolved around a revamp of the support ticketing module.

New features include:

- priorities (High, Med, Low)
- time spent servicing (i.e. 15 minutes)
- print, sort, search
- internal notes for staff viewing only
