    Very interesting. Do you do support on your own equipment or the customers'? Meaning, like some other places, do you have your own ticket system that must be used or do you use the customers'?

  3. If you do not have your own ticketing system, we will make a recommendation for you. We've used about every ticketing system out there, so if you have your own, It will not be a problem for us to support. The ticketing system will reside on the customers' server.
