    Looking for Support Staff

I am looking for a few more support staff members to be apart of our team.

I need someone who has flexable hours, who is knowlegable with cPanel, Helm, and ModernBill, who can offer multiple methods of support, and more!

Our support staff members do not get paid at the momment. Instead, they get free webhosting and get 50% comission on all sales.

If you are interested, please send a copy of your resume to [email protected]

    Thanks!

How can you give 50% comission on all sales to "a few more support staff"? 2 of those, and the funds are gone....

Sorry, let me rephrase that. For all of their sales, they get 50% commision off of the first month.

Sales? Since when do support staff make sales? Or are you looking for sales staff....?

Usually support staff is paid either monthly, per client, or per ticket. I don't think that anybody will work for free web hosting, and support staff don't bring in sales, but even if they did sales as well, 50% commission on the first month on one of your packages is just a few bucks. This seems sort of fishy, why can't you just pay them normally?

Geez, give the guy a break. If the offer doesn't interest you, pass on it.

And with my own small webhosting business, I hardly EVER get support requests, even though I have a full server. So, if I had a support person, they would probably be better off with free hosting, rather than a per ticket basis.
