    Ha, nice one.

Does Eric Cartman qualify as a valid answer?

PS: Damn nice quotes you came up with, Ross.

    7. Gigli (2003) .... Starkman

Need I say more? He's a good actor that's been in a lot of great movies, but the topic said they have to not have ever been in a bad movie. Honestly, I didn't ever watch Gigli and never would watch a movie with Jennifer Lopez, but I know it's a bad movie regardless.

Tom Cruise? "Eyes Wide Shut" or "Far and Away" ring any bells? heh. Seriously, he's been in some good one's, too. Brad Pitt's been in a lot of good movies. I can't think of any bad movies he's been in, but I'm sure there's some. Truly a touch question. Still, I'll go with Eric Cartman.

Johnny Depp has done very good films but I'm sure you'll find a bad one. The question is though because we all have different tastes and what you might think is a good film, I might think it sucks

Johnny Depp was in a few bad movies, though the played his role well, he's definetely a great actor who can't find lucky breaks.

I'll throw Jim Carey on the list.
The other two I were thinking before even opening this thread was John Travolta and matt damon but apparently those were taken. For actress im going to say Nicole Kidman (sp?)

Yes he is a great character actor, his really fits all the roles he plays.

I think that Tommy Lee Jones is another one that is great.

Denzel Washington get my vote also.

Tom Hanks if you remove "Big" from his career.

Big was/is a great film and certainly wouldn't be taken into consideration as a bad film by many. But the lady killers and polar express are probably two of his worst.

It is frankly impossible to name any of the big-name actors who haven't starred in one consensually bad movie. But, I'll put Tom Hanks out there; I haven't not at least *enjoyed* any of the movies I've seen with him in them. Whether they were good films, I don't know, but I at least got some entertainment out of them.

Why: Because it says "Name an actor/actress that you think hasnt ever made a bad movie". So why are a bunch of people just saying who they like, even if they have made bad movies?? UGHH!!!!!

Johnny Depp comment.. can't find lucky breaks? Yea The Pirates of the Caribbean made no money whatsoever heh.

Johnny Depp is an excellent actor. I personally thought The Pirates of the Caribbean wasn't very good. But one of his worst one's was called "The Astronaught's Wife" It was one of those where it's not about taste, but where you ask yourself why you actually stayed watching it paste the 10 minute mark, because you kept thinking it's go to get better. :-)

Wow, some of you guys have really bad taste. lol Just kidding. It's strange to see how dramatically some people's opinions are about what is a good actor or actress, when you would never have guessed anyone would think they were.

Actually - I cant think of a bad Russell Crow film either - "A Beautiful Mind" was borderline, but tolderable, but all the others I have seen have been excelent.

That was a strange one.. It was not what I thought it would be by the previews but still in the end it was not a bad film.

Russell Crowe was in Proof of Life. If that's not bad enough for your tastes, maybe "Proof of Life" will convince you? If not, maybe you should catch this little flick known as "Proof of Life". If you're still not convinced from Proof of Life (maybe it was just Meg Ryan that ruined it?), maybe you should also check out The Quick and the Dead (Maybe it was just Sharon Stone that ruined it?).

... you sure some of these actors haven't been in bad movies? There is a HUGE list of really good actors in bad movies
