Datacenter + Network:
Located in Secaucus, New Jersey, a disaster-free area. Redundant Cisco 6509 core routers with SUP720. A network capacity of 5,000 Mbps. Multiple fiber rings provide redundancy. A 24/7 manned NOC further secures your server's maximum uptime. Our network currently consists of Cogent Communicaions and local peering. We have now added a failover line to Mzima capable of serving our entire network in the event of an outage of Cogent. For more information on our network please visit http://www.jhservers.com/about.html
tkam: Yes, actually we are using a very small amount of Mzima in the actual network for BGP. (Only about 5% of the network is Mzima). However, we do have the available capacity at all times to sustain our entire network speed in the event of a Cogent outage.
In your last thread here you were saying that IRC is not allowed on these servers (not even clients like IRSSI), but you mentioned that you might get a seperate network where IRC services are allowed, any progress on that?
Hello, yes I said it was a possibility in a few months. We are looking into things and running figures. We don't want to begin offering it prematurely without being able to provide a good service. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Thank you.
I am looking for a server to replace one server I am currently have with FDCServer. I am out of juice at the moment. Can I have the package 2 server with double ram and double HD capacity for 100$ more (ak..259.99$ for this first month and 159.99$ afterward ?)
So you are looking for a one time RAM upgrade, and one time HD upgrade? If so the price to add 512 MB RAM one is $55, and to double the HD (from 80 to 160) is $75. Total cost would be $130 or $289.99 your first month, then $159.99/mo. for each month after. Let me know if you have any other questions, thank you.

hehe I know it is 290$ total, but maybe you would give me a little discount for the upgrade of new server
Four days ago I've purchased a 30 mbps server from your company (today paid).
I wanted to know from your staff when my server is going to be available and he told me that it takes a couple of weeks.
As you saw when you signed up, there was sign, in capital letters, saying that new servers ordered would be delayed a bit. Normally it takes about 4 business days, but because of the delay (we are out of space in the datacenter) it may take a little bit longer. Thank you.
