Giving a client a data after suspension

    Hi everyone

Can anyone tell me the best advice as to how a client can retrieve his backup files after an account suspension

Thing is the backup file is 1gig plus for that client, the account is suspended via WHM,

however what i wish to know whether its possible for a client to get his full site backup despite their website showing as suspended

is there anyway that it can be done say from server end?

    thanks

    Yep.. Download WinSCP from sourceforge.net

    Login to your root.

go into /home/ find the username right click and 'commands' I think, then zip the sucker up. Download the zip and send it to him.

That or just create a backup of his account via his own cpanel and move the file into a location where he can download it from.
