Going backwards to go forwards; Reseller Advice/Suggestions?
I am currently a specialised webhost with enough clients to allow me to cover costs and a little more.
My main job is actually a webdesigner but about three years ago one of my personal websites became so popular I needed a dedicated server and since I had the server, i started also hosting clients I had done webdesign work for.
A non-reseller account is usually what you would call a 'real webhost' but the server is becoming a bit too much work because I have to do everything manually (paper invoices, manually editing httpd.conf etc..) and I would like to focus on my webdesign more. I am considering 'downgrading' to a reseller as they already have software packages such as WHM and CPanel.
So here is my are my questions:
Can anyone recommend a good reseller? preferably based on the eastcoast of Australia?
Do resellers offer dedicated servers or do they make you resell what ever server they want to put you on?
My budget is $99 USD as that is what I currently pay for my current dedicated server ( which has decent specs AMD 2800+, 1gig ram, 80gig HDD).
Is there anything I should make sure I ask the resellers?

Along with stating your Budget you should provide requirements for Web space & Data transfer as well. Without knowing it's hard to give a answer.
Location of Server should not make a difference and a true Reseller account allows you to create & sell your own packages. One important aspect of a Reseller account is to ask whether the 'Allocated or Actual Use' method is used. Another thing to ask is about Personalized Nameservers. These would use your Domain name for your accounts.• PotentProducts.com - for all your Hosting needs

As you want to concentrate more on your web desiging, you want to loose the pain of creating, supporting maintaning your web hosting business.
There can be two solutions. Either you can move to a all managed dedicated server with easy to handle control panels ( you still have to create, maintain, support your clients) else get a dedicated team for handling this part ie the hosting biz.
Moving ( downgrading ) to a reseller account can often get you more trouble as you may have to bear issues that can often be associated with the quality of service and support of your web hosting provider.
If past can show a path to the future, then you will see that most of the reseller provider in your budget range can have issues that can efect various aspects of the hosting ( uptime, headachefree support , security issues etc ).
You better get a good team to handle the support for your clients and concentrate on your main LOVE , the web designing.
Best wishes.

If I hammer the connection 24/7 im sure the datacenter will say something, but otherwise Ive been pretty much unmetered.

Typically, how reliable are resellers servers? I know this is a very general question, but what is the likelyhood of a kiddie host on the same box as me running something very CPU intensive like a Bittorrent tracker? Does the parent company keep a close eye on the servers?

MadDev, you miss my point. No Reseller account is going to give you 80GB of Web space.
Using the 'Actual Use' method you may only need 2GB of Web space whereas with a Hoster providing the 'Allocated' method you may need 5GB or more. The Control Panel you are using (which is another important aspect of a Reseller account) should be able to tell you what you are actually using at this time, for Web space & monthly Data transfer.• PotentProducts.com - for all your Hosting needs
