I saw tilted.net as a respectable company to work with so I message their sales. Here are the problems
1) Responses are days apart
2) When asked about extreme high latency - they seem to think nothing was wrong and simply ignored my questions
3) Compared gamers to bottom feeders and didn't give me the time of day just for a straight forward colo quote
4) Told me that they're too busy with a cluster deployment to give me the time of day
last I checked, business is business - especially when it's a colo deal for about 1/4 cab and 10mbits ... (not huge but a good sizeable sale ...)
All in all - i found them rude ... if this is how they treat potential sales ... do they pay their current customers the same attention? The bigger your commit with them, the better support you get?
