I am one of the many customers that were absorbed by Affordablehost.com when they bought out Hometownhosting.com. I have had no major breaks in service which is good, and from what I know the transition which took place several months ago went ok. However now as my annual service agreement should be up for renewal I can't seem to get in contact with them at all.
First I sent in a trouble ticket to billing 5 days ago, still no response.
Next I thought I would try another trouble ticket and its been 2 days with out a response.
Third I thought I would try to use their chat room, but its been shut down for the past 4 days.
Finally I tried to call their phone number listed on their site, only to find out its been shut off!!!
Does anyone know what is going on with affordablehost.com?

I spoke to jeff 2 days ago and didnt hear anything and I decided to give patrick a call today. While the people I spoke to on the phone were nice and took messages, I'm yet to get a time line or any sort of response. I don't know what's going on with tech support. My site has been down for almost 6 days and now that it's up, my database tables and data are still missing and I'm losing business!.
I'm beginning to wonder if they even care about former hometownhosting customers.
