    cPanel: There is no website configured at this address.

    hi guys.. i have this problem i just deleted the account in whm and created another one for the same domain.

    gilldivers.com

    after finish uploading my contents, in cpanel the space is used, everything is there etc.. but then i go to the site i was shown a:


    There is no website configured at this address.

    anyone know how to solve this??

    Check for the virtualhost entry in httpd.conf file for the problem domain..if the entries are not that add it manually..also make sure the domain is pointing to the right ip address...

    hello thanks for replying

    the dns is pointing at the correct ip.

    i can't locate the httpd.conf may i know where is it? i'm in my /public_html/

    if i can't find it do i have to create a httpd.conf ? how do i do that?? thanks.

    Mine is /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf you must SSH in to edit it.

    i don't see the cpanel thing now.. now i have this instead:

    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Are you able to access this site using temp url?

    i don't think i have a httpd.conf file in my server i'm using Flash FTP.

    Error log

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
    Go to CPanel and check the error logs, it will most likely tell you where the problem is.
