Losing my mind here
Hi,
For one of our resellers on a whm/cpanel setup I am about to go crazy. I just cant put my finger on the problem.
He is using sneakemail which is sort of a mark your email service. They give you a sneakemail address and then it is send through to your pop mail.
So his mail on our server is working fine, the pop,
but here comes the thing. He does not get any of his emails from sneakemail that are setup to use his pop mail.
If he changed the settings in sneakemail to another email not our server he gets them fine.
I signed up for this service and get all email fine..
any experience or ideas

Maybe a dns problem in that sneakmail cannot send the email to the server hosting the email.

Is it the same for the default AND other email accounts? If he has only tried it on the defualt (main email account), try it on a 'user' account for that domain. One of my customers had a problem that only applied to the 'main account'.

Hi,
nah the normal pops are all fine.. no problem. I had our server admin SW check it we worked about 26 hours on this, and nothing wrong on our end.. Still he cannot get his sneakemail.
Customer obviously frustrated thinks were having dns problems.. CHecked absolutely everything... all seems just peachy.
