Googlebots visit, but don't register me :(

I keep on getting googlebots and other crawlers, but my sites cannot be found on google.

    Is this normal?

Have patience You might have a unique company name, but if you don't have content on your page that is searchable, it might take some time to appear. PM your URL and I will take a look.

Hmmmmm, it isn't the one in your email profile is it? Nothing to search for with that one.

Okay, you have no content whatsoever. Just a white page with a logo and a few text links. If you want to get listed, you will need to actually create a site with meaningful content to what you are targetting. There is a tiny bit more to see there than the one in your email profile but nothing googlebots would get excited about

Please correct me if i'm wrong but there are 2 types of Google crawlers, the one that crawls your site to identify proper adsense content and the one that crawls to index your pages. Maybe by any chance the first one went in and just did its work?
