There are many out and most of them are really bad coz they make the search engine to block our site.

Link Farms are worse, Todays latest news PR Is gone;

Really? By adding your link to directories and link exchanges really make search engines black list you? This is interesting I never knew this where did you get this info from? I hope I don't get blacklisted I am on some Software Developer directories.
