Yup, we're seeing a similar thing. About 5 minutes ago I could not get to www.enom.com. Now I can get there but get the same server timeout error. All sites using their DNS are down.
eNom is good as a registrar, but their DNS is getting really bad. Time to move off their DNS.

Yep.
All my domains that use that DNS (registerfly via enom) are down.
Wow, major issue.

Yeah, same here. Early today their frame redirection wasn't working, the reply I received at 3Pm was as follows:
Hello,
It looks like there is a problem with dns replication that may be the cause of or contributing to the problem you are experiencing. Our emergency team in the NOC is investigating this as we speak. I will advise once I hear back. Thanks for your patience.

Still haven't heard back, and of course it was a holiday so no phone support. I freaked a few minutes ago when I couldn't login, thinking my login had been compromised....and again, of course, the password retrieval doesn't work at this time, so since I didn't get an email, I was doubly sure it was hijacked.. Glad to see it wasn't and y'all are having issues too

that really does suck to be using enom's dns so much traffic is being lost and they really could care less. I saw eariler that it was redirecting to an enom site so they were taking the traffic

Does anybody have any idea how to do that without downtime? I tested moving a non-important domain away from eNom's DNS a few months ago. As soon as I changed the nameservers from "Use eNom's Nameservers" to my own, eNom deleted the domain from their DNS, and the site was down for 24 hours.
At the moment, the DNS appears to be intermittent. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
